For over 20 years, I ran a successful hair salon, specialising in helping women with hair and scalp disorders regain their confidence. I worked with clients dealing with everything from thinning hair and breakage to scalp issues like psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis.
But over time, I realised something crucial: the root causes of these conditions weren’t just on the surface—they were coming from within.
Many of the symptoms I saw were linked to hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, and even medications used for managing lifestyle diseases. This turning point inspired me to dive deep into natural health and train as a health coach.
