Doctors recommend getting at least five portions of fruits and veggies into your diet every day. This has been proven to be more useful for the body in more ways than one. This program is based on the nutritional advice from Dr Sara Gottfried. Over the next 21 days, we will be using 7 food resets to create balance in our hormones. Every 3 days there will be a shift and one food item will be removed and we will observe how our body reacts. The aim is to lose 10 pounds over 21 days. Are you ready to get started?
