Online Event

If you're under a lot of stress, your adrenal glands will start releasing more cortisol to help you cope with it. The high demand for cortisol is depleting the "tools" needed to make progesterone, the feel-good hormone. Long term effects of high cortisol can leave you feeling bloated, anxious.

About the event

Balanced sex hormones are essential for overall health and wellbeing.

Imbalances of estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone can lead to serious

health consequences for women. Conditions caused by hormone imbalance,

such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), estrogen dominance, and

exaggerated symptoms of menopause, are common today. Hormone

imbalance can increase the risk of breast cancer and other health conditions

and should not be ignored. Hormone imbalance also affects mental wellbeing

causing mood swings, irritability, anger, low sex drive, and even anxiety.

Balanced sex hormones (and all hormones, for that matter) is key to a healthy

and happy life.
