The quality of our sleep has been shown to impact our health. The advice is to get 7-9 hours of sleep to keep brain health at optimal levels and the lack of sleep can affect men and women differently. I will be discussing the various reasons why our sleep is sometimes disrupted and how the practice of prayer and gratitude can improve the quality of our sleep.
