  • You are walking through life in a brain fog

What if you could get rid of all of this?

This is your opportunity!!!!

Personal Story!

I am forever asking my husband to slow his chewing down so he can allow his digestive system time to work, but to no avail, he simply does not listen. I, on the other hand, am a slow eater. I take my time to chew, which often means he is finished long before I am and trying to hurry me along. It is a rather annoying thing for me. Of course, not long after the meal, he becomes gassy and flatulent.

That’s my story but what about you? Do you chew slowly? So many of my friends and family members eat as if they are being hunted for their last morsel of food and find me a nuisance when I point it out to them.

Are there really health benefits to chewing 34 times? Have you ever heard that’s how many times we ought to chew? Surely we cannot chew everything that many times and what about soft foods?

First of all, digestion starts in the mouth and not the stomach. I used to think that until I learned the enzymes we need to start the process, get released in the mouth and is initiated by chewing. The more you chew, the more of those enzyme gets released. Poor chewing is just one aspect of dietary health that is often overlooked and it is an important one, but there are other poor habits we practice regularly that need to address.

Here 3 benefits to chewing slowly

  • Easier digestion and absorption of nutrients

  • Helps maintain a healthy weight

  • Good for your teeth

What you will learn when you register for this masterclass

  1. Signs your digestive system needs help

  2. The habits that can contribute to poor digestive health

  3. How age, circumstances and hormonal status and drugs can contribute to digestive disorders

These are just a few of the topics to be discussed with several other areas as well. How we treat our upper digestive system will determine what happens in our lower gut.
